Fundraising Info
- Below, please find the link to CT’s walk/bike-a-thon campaign page on the CanadaHelps website.
- Participants can go to that campaign page. Simple instructions (just one click) will let each participant create their own donation page. Basically, participants will add their name to a template which already contains information about the fundraiser. Each participant’s donation page will have its own internet link.
- Participants will then email or text their donation page link to friends, relatives and contacts seeking their financial support.
- Donors, by clicking on the link, will be taken to the participant’s donation page. They would make their donation there. All donations are tallied on the CanadaHelps CT Walk/Bike-a-thon campaign page. Donors giving more than $3.00 will immediately receive a tax receipt.
- An email address to a registration helper will be provided for anyone who has trouble setting up their donation page.
