2017-18 Season

WHAT’S NEW ABOUT REGISTRATION THIS YEAR?

A variety of payment methods: Because the cost of processing membership fees has been increasing for the past years while the fees have remained the same, the board has looked into other payment methods that we hope will be just as easy for you yet more economical for the choir. All these methods are available in the one, two, or five payment options.

  1. Cheques – easy and economical for the choir, hopefully not very costly for you. If using the 2 or 9 payment schedule, you can give all your post-dated cheques to the administrator at the beginning of the season.
  2. Paypal money transfer – from your bank (via debit) or using a credit card sent to the CT paypal account – quick, easy, and at a low or no cost.
    • You are not required to have a paypal account in order to use this secure site.
    • You will be emailed a paypal invoice ten days before the due date. After you receive it, you can click on the paypal button in the email and submit payment. You will be able to choose one of the three payment options.

Decision date: ASAP!!!

Full Registration Payment Options

One Payment – $400  Dated: September 6th
Two Payments  – $200  Dated: September 6th AND Jan. 10th
Nine Payments – 1 Initial Payment of $100 Dated: September 6th AND 8 payments of $37.50 Dated: October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, April 1st, May 1st, & June 1st.

Members who wish to apply for a subsidy must contact the Chorus Administrator directly.

Contact and financial information is collected for internal administrative purposes and is held confidentially by the Chorus Administrator and the Treasurer. Please update your information if it should change during the year.

You will be asked to indicate that you agree to the terms of membership in CT, that is, the fee and payment structure, membership policy and rights.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE: If you wish to go on a leave of absence for the next season, please indicate this by filling in a Leave of Absence form. Please inform the Chorus Administrator if you are leaving the choir without going on LOA.
